Cafe Trang is a family-owned and -operated restaurant. The restaurant now also offers Chinese dishes –– mostly Cantonese with some Vietnamese influences.

Menu items are listed in groups with brief English descriptions of each. Vegetarian meals are featured, along with lemon chicken. A special menu key denotes the spiciness of each dish. Domestic and imported beer are available, as is a small selection of wines.
