Awful. I visited the location in the District but because this is a franchise I assume the food varies little between locations.
I ordered the turkey panini. The menu said it came with turkey breast. For $7.59 (not including tax) I figured it would be pieces of fresh turkey breast not two thin slices of deli turkey, which turned out to be the case. The mango-habanero sauce was horrible. I could not taste any habanero and the mango was sickly sweet like mango jam had been used as opposed to fresh mango. The sauce soaked into the barely-toasted bread in minutes, rendering it a soggy mess. I didn't even finish it despite my hunger.
My wife had the vegetarian panini. Again, the bread was soggy and very little was in the sandwich.
This is the type of place that attempts to do something slightly exotic with food but ends up falling flat. Perhaps it's because the franschise tries to give a western flair to sandwiches while being based in Oklahoma. Stay away. [01 Mar 2007 14:42:25]
