Sunday eve 6:30 07/20..restaurant 1/3 occupied..1st bad sign..temperature was freezing..cust around us same complaint..20 min after we ordered the waitress came with salad explaining she had to make it..came back 10 min later to let us know "out of baked potato"..chose veg's instead..wife ordered sirloin ..medium..while 25 min go by..couple next to us got baked potato..they ordered after we did..meals came out stone cold..steak was more than well done..dry..my chicken salad was ok..other than that the evening was a disaster.
