Bad Wings
I wanted to let you know about my experience at your Fairfax location off Nutley Street last night 10/25/01. I live in Burke and frequent that location often. I love the new glory wings, when prepared correctly, and at this time, I have always had a great experience at the Burke Va location. I bragged about them to my co-workers and one of my company's sales rep. He offered to take out myself and 3 fellow workers to Glory Days Grill. We went to the Fairfax store, and ordered the bucket of 50 wings extra crispy. I like them extra crispy so they are cooked properly. They did not have a bucket, and when they brought them out, they were the smallest, driest wings I have ever seen. Everyone was disappointed, the manager did bring out more for us, that were much meatier, but unfortunately not all the way cooked. I believe they charged only half price, I did not see the check. I do want you to know I have always enjoyed myself at the Burke location and was very disappointed last night. They need help
The place is consistenly inconsistent. We've dined there initially about twice a month. Either the food was good and the service was non-existent or the food was radically different in quality or portion. This is a fun place trying to be restaurant.

Absolutely avoid the carryout: Over the eight or so times we've ordered, every time there has been a problem with order.

Why did we keep trying? Because it's so close and we wanted it to be good. Since early December '02, we have yet to go back.
