Poor Management
I wanted to write to tell you that we have always gotten excellent food at Outback. We have even gotten their food to go and we were always pretty happy with it until recently.

I was at Outback waiting in the little carry-out section and of course I could see a view of the kitchen. While I was waiting for my order, I happened to watch as the food came off the line. There was a girl working, whose job was to place the plates of food on the trays so that the servers could carry it out. What I didn't like was the fact that she took a bite off of almost every plate that passed in front of her. I call this "Poor Management". A good manager should teach his employees not to even eat their own food around the area where food is being prepared. To see it eaten off of other people's orders is disgusting to me and I will not go back to that Outback which was in Harrisonburg, VA. What if she had a contagious disease    [19 Sep 2002 02:33:20]

Excellent Food!!
