service was perfect

Dependable restaurant, good fun!
My wife and I make a run from Portsmouth to Danny's regularly for a good deli lunch. The surroundings are simple; the service is good and quick; the food is always good; the prices are reasonable. The deli menu is extensive. My wife loves the pickles. People always seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves. If you love chicken salad, it's hard to beat "Herman's Choice." Don't wait to go. Recommended Dishes: All of the sandwich selections are good. I love 'Herman's Choice'--good chicken salad with bacon and crisp fried onions.
