Terrible Service
The food is pretty good, but the service is awful! The owner is very rude and sarcastic, and has no customer service skills. Our company used to order lunch from here, but the owner was so hostile and rude so many times, we no longer order from them. We have had to wait over an hour for delivery, with the orders not correctly filled at times. The food is definitely NOT worth the inexcusable treatment received    [26 Aug 2005 12:44:57]

RUDE
We work right down the road but everytime you attempt to call a order in the manager is rude, abrupt, and ugly. I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. He said that I had to give him a credit card number (which he would keep in an unprotected database) in order to place a cash order! I explained that I didn't feel safe doing that and that we worked right down the road and said no CC, no order and hung up on me! Rebuttal to Negative Reviews
Family owned, NY style pizza, deli and pasta.... To prevent customers ordering and not picking up, require cc for all new customers. Data base is secure and not on-line. Owner a little ruff around edges, but assures you QUALITY food at reasonable prices.    [12 Jul 2006 15:36:39]

the BEST take out!
We pick up dinners from here all the time - good home cooked Italian food. Entrees, salads, pizzas, sandwiches, sides, desserts ... ALL are always wonderful. I even ordered several pounds of chicken salad for a party and it was exactly the way we make it at home. This is simply our favorite take out restaurant.    [09 Dec 2006 19:15:30]

Primo Italiano pizza is AMAZING!
I am sitting here eating a personal sausage pie from Primo Italiano in Reston, near where I work. The secret to REALLY good pizza, like most good food, is BALANCE. You don't want, for example, the sauce to overwhelm the rest of the ingredients (As it does with BAD pizza like Dominos). You don't want to get kicked in the mouth by oregeno on that first bite.Primo Italiano gets it. This is gourmet pizza. The crust is both crunchy and chewy, like artisan bread. The sauce stays in the background where it belongs. The sausage on this pie is very high quality, not too fatty tasting, and it is chopped, which I love.    [09 Nov 2007 14:22:07]
