Awful staff
If you like to go to a place where many of the waitresses and kitchen help have multiple piercings and tatoos this is the place to go. Our waitress had a tongue piercing. It really is Awful.    [28 Dec 2003 17:33:05]

laid back, open-minded, mature restaurant and staff
Awful Arthurs is a place where people of any age particularly early 20's -- late 30's can come together, have a few beers, chow on some bangin seafood, and catch a live gig or game. Very disappointed. A group of 9 of us visiting the theatre had dinner, made reservations and because two tables were put together, we were charged 18% tip, and an additional 18% for a service charge, which made our bill total an additional 36%. Service was slow, not very friendly, took us 45 minutes just to get soup and sandwich. The food was too spicy and I had shells in my soup.....Too many good resturants in Roanoke to ever eat here again. All the group was disappointed and I felt bad because I recommended it. An Awful Good Time
Cold beer. Pretty darned good seafood (steak too). Ecclectic, fun and friendly staff. Then the real fun begins around 9:00 with a little live music. Gotta say, we had an awful good time and will definately go again next trip to Roanoke.    [12 May 2006 20:28:35]
