Always enjoy it
I'm a bit surprised at the 'Will not return' review; my wife and I dine there periodically, and have taken guests there several times, as well, and always enjoyed the experience. Of course, any restaurant can have a bad day; new or substitute personnel; running out of some items or ingredients, etc.; maybe that's what happened, in that person's case; but I have recommended Scotto's to friends, and will continue to do so.
