Like being in Rome, without the attitude
Emilio's is my favorite pizza restaurant. Period! (I have traveled throughout the world.) They present an excellent menu of well-prepared brick oven pizza. Eclectic ingredients help make this stand out from the rest. Smoked cheeses offer a wonderful alternative. The vegetarian pizzas with such ingredients as artichokes, portabello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and other offer unique flavors that haven't even made it to the swankier pizza joints in Rome yet. And, if you don't like the exact combination of toppings on the menu, switching them is no big deal.

Pizzas have lots of toppings. Low turnover among employees helps assure consistent service. Very family friendly. Only suggested improvement: turn down the lights a    [18 May 2002 10:44:45]

Heavenly
Emilio's pizza is unbelievably delicious. Prompt service and excellent food, this is the place to go for a good pie. With unique flavor combinations and the brick oven that cooks pizza just right, it's hard to limit yourself on the number of slices!    [05 Jan 2004 10:25:03]

Fantastic Wood-Fired Pizza
One of the best pizza places ever - including Italy and New York. High-quality ingredients, proper proportions, excellent quality crust. Calzones are great as well. I don't know about the baked sandwiches - I never bothered to try them! The only flaw is a relatively narrow selection of topping combinations.    [05 Nov 2004 11:56:02]

don't forget the sandwiches
The pizza is good even if the strip-mall atmosphere leaves something to be desired. However, the sandwiches are really good too.

A great place for lunch if you are in the area.    [07 Nov 2004 20:29:35]

Best Pizzza Around
We eat at Emilio's about once a month and if it were closer we would probably go every other week. Excellent pizza, excellent crust.
I just wish he had a location in Great Falls!!    [20 Mar 2005 20:50:22]

Yum
Not just a pizza joint -- a nice, white tablecloth restaurant, which happens to be family-friendly. Sure, you can get a less expensive pizza, but the ones here are worth it. We like other things, too -- the fettuccine alfredo (with or without broccoli and shrimp), the eggplant, the appetizers, the bread, the organic wines . . . This seems to be a real love for the owners. The staff is attentive and friendly -- everyone seems to really be concerned with the quality and customer.    [24 May 2007 11:48:26]
