The Service is BAD!!
On November 5, 2003 I went to the Legal Seafood restaurant at the Tyson's II. The service was bad!! I asked for a sauce and it never was served. Then the waiter stated: "Sorry I forget although I did put it on the bill."

Also my glass of water was never refilled. It is a shame that the service is so BAD in a nice restaurant with good seafood and BAD SERVICE!!    [10 Nov 2003 16:51:49]

Regular Customer, Under count platter.
We have dinner out every Friday. We've been to Legal Seafood in Tyson's Corner many times these last six months. I ALWAYS order the Fried Oyster Platter, which usually consists of 10-12 plump fried oysters, fries, slaw, etc. This past Friday night, my platter had 4 oysters and many large clumps of fried coating mix. I notified our waiter, Anthony, (who was over loaded with other tables) and he respectfully responded and whisked away the platter and the Manager returned shortly with a platter with 10 freshly fried oysters and an apology. I'll go again to Legal Seafood at Tysons, but I'll be sure to ask if there will be 10-12 oysters on the plate. Great Martinis.    [21 Nov 2005 09:51:48]
