Fell Down
I have been visiting this restaurant literally for over thirty years. It's always been superb, although cramped and noisy.
The last time I stopped by to request a rather large takeout order, the people at the counter didn't seem to understand or care what I was asking for, and became angry. I found the "manager" and he seemed more interested in my business. I asked him to supervise the preparation of my food in the kitchen, because I had a few unusual requests like extra sauce. He agreed. When I got home I found that they had messed up my order.
The next time, we ate in, and they not only messed up the order several times, but the quality of the food was disgraceful. Won't be going back to this location. The one in Oakton remains consistently excellent, and the one in Herndon is also very good still. [07 Apr 2007 21:50:59]
