My family and I have been to Captain Georgie's many times and we think it is wonderful. We enjoyed it so much we are going to take a trip there this spring just to eat there. We love Captain George's
My husband and I experienced Captain George's for the first time in May of 2001 at Williamburg. At first we were overwhelmed with the choice of selections. Our waitress asked us if this was our first time at Captain George's and advised us to not make the mistake of filling up on salads and breads first, but to head for the entrees. I made it through the entrees and salads, but just looked at the desserts. My husband on the other hand made it through the entrees, salads, soup and two plates of dessert. Captain George's best in Va Beach
We love Captain George's SO much that we eat there every time we go to Va Beach. We talk about it alot and have even considered just driving there to eat from Ohio and driving back. We are going to Va Beach for two days next week and plan to eat there every day.

DISAPPOINTED
On July 14, 2006 we dined at the Laskin Road location in Virginia Beach and were not happy with the food. The oysters, popcorn shrimp and scallop's were all overcooked. They were dry and chewy. We have dined at this location at least once a year for the last 5 years and this is the only bad one. I think the prices are a little steep also.    [19 Jul 2006 16:01:39]
