Nothing's Finer than Frost Diner I have had do much fun at this place over the years, as a regular I am often confronted by non-regulars asking what is so great about the diner.
Well, I'll tell you, not only can your order breakfast any time, but they always have a great assortment of pies and cereal for the kiddies. The waitresses, on the most part are friendly, although there are a few homely scags who yell at the teens for taking too long to eat or for just maxing and relaxing,
At any time of day or night you can see a black cowboy, an Elvis lookalike, a plethara of mullets, punk kinds, and a few unsuspecting victims that are venturing in for the first time.
Rumored to the the longest running diner in the world. [26 Dec 2002 21:19:30]

Not Handicapped Accessible From what I've seen, there is no way for handicapped people (and by that I mean those in wheelchairs) to get into the restaurant at all. There are only stairs. and I do not think a wheelchair can fit in the aisles. [18 May 2004 15:12:02]

Bread Pudding Heaven I had never tried bread pudding in my life, but my friends and I ventured into Frost diner after a day at Shenandoah for some grub. We were completely satisfied and floored by the bread pudding. Get it a la mode - it is heaven on earth! The atmosphere is great. You'll love it! [12 Aug 2004 23:54:20]

Missing Home I have spent the last nine years of my eighteen years of life in Fauquier County Va., and through my years in high school I have spent countless hours at Frost's. I am currently studing at college and I am missing spending my late nights with friends at Frost's and eating good food. [11 Feb 2006 20:59:40]

Oldie but Goodie I first tried the Frost Diner when I stationed at Vint Hill Farm in '68-'69.
I hadn't been back until last year (2005). It's good to see that a place I loved when I was younger...is still there! I hope my grandkids will someday be able to eat there. [15 Jun 2006 11:54:25]

Frost Rocks I've lived in Warrenton for about a year and Frost Diner is the best place on earth at 2am. There's always a congregation of young people in the last booth of the smoking section. Almost every night owl there seems to have a special bond with the place. It's a comforting atmosphere with friendly cooks and waitstaff. It's a wonderful place and I hope that it will stay for a very long time. [20 Mar 2007 19:43:36]

Not impressed Having been to a number of diners all over the US, I was disappointed by my first and last visit. My biggest complaint is the pervasive smoking in this tiny restaurant. The food was good, if not typical, diner food. Also, they do not take credit cards. I will not be visiting until they lose the smoke and hopefully get in line with the 21st century and take credit cards [21 Sep 2007 14:52:31]

HOME AWAY FROM HOME For a young kid in high school there wasnt much to do except drink and/or do drugs, but Frost gave me and countless others a safe haven to go. The environment is friendly. The food is amazing (patty melt is awesome). Looking for good eating in Warrenton FROST is the place to go. Also it is a landmark. My grandmother would go there when she was my age. Its a place away from home with even better food. I do recommend going to this place but remember to bring cash, they dont except credit cards but their is an atm out front. [17 Jun 2008 10:38:43]

Too smoky I liked the vibe of the place and the food it serves, but I was hit with cigarette smoke the second I walked in, and there was no way to escape that since the diner is so small. Maybe there are some customers who like it because they can smoke there, but I'll bet there are a lot more who'd come if a non-smoking policy were adopted. Go at your own risk. [14 Jul 2008 16:01:04]
