Poor Service
I can not rate the food because the service was so poor that we didn't get past the waiting area. My Husband and I showed up at the place at 7:30pm (they close at 9pm), we stood in the waiting area. Employees just kept looking at us and walking by, no one stopped to get our names or to seat us, or even to speak to us. An employee stood at the front desk and just looked at us the whole time. We waited for 15 minutes for service at the front and no one came. We turned around and just left, we went to Red Lobster instead which was great. We ended up spending our aniversary dinner talking about the poor service we had at Berret's Seafood, it kind of killed the mood of our aniversary.    [07 Dec 2005 10:18:21]
