Great Fajitas, But Watch the Beans!

The Chile Rellanos Are To DIE For!
I've been to this restaurant on a number of occasions, but for my birthday this year I got my best meal ever, lol. I ordered the create your own combo, and ordered a beef taco, chicken enchilada and beef chile rellano. The taco was yummy, the chicken enchilada was very flavorful, but that day I fell in love with the Chile Rellano. I have had them before, but not many times, and not as well done as here. I love poblano peppers, and they did it just right here.
My mother got the chicken fajitas, which are also SO good! I am less fond of the steak fajitas, which for my taste are a bit too salty.
The staff is ALWAYS attentive, we haven't had bad service there yet, and they have great lunch specials. The tortillas are freshly prepared, as are the tortilla chips. I wish they salted the chips a bit more, but that is a personal preference. The rice is not overly flavorful, but is VERY good with some salsa mixed in, or mixed in with the chile rellano, burrito or enchilada they serve it with.
