Do Not Miss This Classic 6 Table Diner You cannot miss this bright blue diner on Rt. 7, north of downtown. It has 6 tables and a counter, which fill up quickly because of the quality and quantity of excellent food. There are many choices, both in the menu and listed on signs throughout the place. The turkey dinner included excellent beef barley soup, the entree, coffee and a large serving of very good rice pudding with whipped cream, all for under $9. Also very good were the fish and chips and chili. The prices are very reasonable. Most dinner platters ranged in price from $6-8. [21 Sep 2004 18:20:31]

Superb - It's All Delicious The food is excellent. The service is great. Ambiance? Whatever you would expect a great old diner nestled in Bennington, Vermont would be. We have eaten there numerous times and wouldn't travel through the area without stopping in for hearty, ample delicious food. From the exterior, to old juke boxes on each table, to the wall plastered with paper describing items not found on the menu as the cook makes them up, you can't go wrong at Blue Benn.
