Delicious
What a find: a wide array of sandwiches that are all delicious! A bit of a wait, but the staff is friendly and accommodating. Plenty of wines to look at while waiting - just a great summer's day experience. Every time I swing through Middlebury, I try and make the Grapevine Grille part of my trip.    [20 Feb 2007 10:34:06]

The Best Place in Central VT
The wine selection is very diverse - from 12 dollar everyday wines to exquisite bottles such as Wolf Blass Black and Yarra Yerring - and everything in between.

The food is spectacular, and I guarantee that you will not find a better sandwich in central VT.    [21 Feb 2007 18:14:33]

The women there seemed rather hurried and didn't even get my order right. Then, to top it off, the dinner I ordered was overcooked..to the point the beef was almost as tough as beef jerky! It was disappointing especially after what I had heard. My friends have had similar experiences recently. I guess we'll see whether this place fails on it's own or catches on. Besides the almost awful dinner, everything else seemed fine. The people who own the place should really hire professionals instead of the two women I saw in there! Very disheveled, and rude. Unprofessional. Not very becoming of a new business. My husband refuses to go in there again.    [16 Jun 2007 23:00:10]

I Love The Grapevine Grille
How can I start? I think that the service was awesome, considering how busy the place is, my order was done in a timely manner. The sandwiches and dinners that I have gotten there are amazing! As for the wine shop, how much better could it get? I'm not a wine drinker, but every time I stop there for food, I always have to take a look around at all the different wine varieties. I'm very impressed with the food and service. I love the good energy booming out of the deli. Thank you, Grapevine Grille, for coming into town.    [28 Jun 2007 10:11:31]

Meh
It was mediocre...but coming from NYC I guess that doesn't mean much. It's basically your sample fare from every "gourmet deli". But the names they give sandwiches are definitely witty...reading the menu was rather entertaining. "How Greek It Is to Be Olived By You"!    [06 Aug 2007 00:50:02]
