Absolutely Fabulous
I finally made it to the Kitchen Table after many friends had told me it was a must. I'm now finding myself wondering why I waited so long. It was charming and quaint with an upscale feel on the interior. The flavor combinations ranged from expected to unique and everything was put together with such eye for detail. Service was excellent too.    [05 Nov 2004 15:21:44]

We had dinner last Saturday night at the Kitchen Table (July 30, 2005). The food was good. They seated us in the bar which was noisy. They were continually putting silverware away during our dinner. We had the molten cake which was supposed to take 10 minutes, but which actually took 20 minutes, and it was dry. A big disappointment. Excellent wine selections. The Caesar salad was superb. The fish was good; however, the risotto was very skimpy. I am not a big eater and it was barely enough for me.    [01 Aug 2005 10:45:23]

Terrific
We go there regularly, held our rehearsal dinner there before our wedding because of our experiences, and have kept on going there (once every couple of weeks). We have never (repeat, never) been disappointed with food or service -- and we're both New Yorkers with standards. And it's a charming 200+ year old building, decorated with appropriate restraint.    [15 Feb 2006 18:58:27]
