My girlfiends and I went to the Buzz Inn located at Smokey Point on a Friday night. The service was horrible as the waitresses stood around and gave nasty looks. And the cooks gawked at my girlfiends and me all the time we were there, the cooks were older men,,,,,we are just 15!!
The food was so so. If anything WAS wrong we'd shun not to tell the staff. I think that place is a disgusting food place. We won't go there again.    [28 Aug 2002 17:47:55]

Lounge Service Disgusting
I recently dined at the Buzz Inn and enjoyed the service by the waitresses. My prime-rib dinner was great, and I'd recommend this restaurant to anybody.

The only problem I had was in the lounge when I returned on a Monday or Tuesday evening. The bartenders were awful. They were quick to tend to the men but not the women. The service I received was very unprofessional.

I refuse to return to the lounge, but will return to the restaurant for the fine food and service I had received.    [16 Jan 2004 06:02:10]

Waitresses rude and nasty
I went to the Buzz Inn in Smokey Point, and the food was great but the servers were rude and nasty women, who acted like it was a burden for me and my boyfriend to be there. After we had received our food, I went back up to the counter to stand in line to get a side of sour cream. After the waitress helped the lady in front of me she left the register area to clean tables and socialize before even asking me what I needed. I think maybe they should take payment after the meal at this Buzz Inn only. That way, it forces them to make sure we are happy with the services we received before we pay.    [12 Jan 2005 00:48:23]

My husband, grandson and myself stopped at the Buzz Inn Steakhouse in Arlington Wa 98223 on 7/07/06 around 7pm. We waited for a long time before we could order.We were given our number and told to get a table and get our drinks, that was at 6:50 pm. It was 7:30 and still no sign of food. I went to the counter and asked where our food was and they said three or four more minutes ok. At 7:40 I again went up and they said it was coming, mind you the people who were just in front of us had already gotten their food and were done eating and we still didn't have our food. Behold at 7:45 our food had finally come. They said sorry for the wait and were apologetic but the food was nothing to write home about. I will never eat at one of their restaurants again. They gave us a gift card to come back but we gave it to a couple who were entering the place as we were leaving. Our family enjoys Buzz Inn at Smokey Point - staff is always friendly - once my meal was not perfect and when they asked I told them - the manager came out quickly and made it right with me and I was a satisfied customer.    [02 Sep 2006 17:45:34]

Buzz OFF!
I use to enjoy the Buzz Inn diner at Smokey Point. Not any more. My family and I attempted to dine there last night and it was a disaster from the get go. Our waitress, although pleasant did nothing to assure our meal was prompt, complete and rarely came to our table. I had to go find her 3 times! After over an hour of waiting for our meal (3 other customers who came in after us had dined and left already!), we were served our meals which were cold, my wife's steak was not medium rare..it was still bleeding from the cow!. She just about got sick looking at it. Again, I had to go find the waitress. My son's order was not correct. Had to take that back!. My food was cooked to order but COLD! I finally asked our waitress for the manager and was told "he's not in tonight". No apology whatsoever. Slow
My wife and I and some friends went to the Buzz Inn at Smokey Point and it took over 1 hour to get our food. The worst of it was they were not busy at all and our order was not even correct. I guess with such bad service everyone that used to go there has gone to the new area restaurants. There was no explanation or apologies, the waitress all had attitudes and we were so mad that we got our money back and left to go elsewhere for some real service!!!!!    [24 Dec 2007 00:42:33]
