Best chinese in South King County The food is the selling point here. I have tried the General Tso's Chicken, Crispy Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Snow White Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Fried Prawns and Pork Fried Rice. The Sweet and Sour Chicken and Snow White Chicken I found to be a little bland, but the General Tso's, Mongolian Beef and Pork Fried Rice are simply the best I have ever had. They are pricy for a Chinese place [about $8 a dish] and they don't have take out combos, so if you are eating alone you either spend a lot [and have a lot of left overs] or you lack the selection.
Service is alright, though a little slow. When dining in the soda doesn't come with refills, which is a little annoying. When ordering take out, add 10 minutes to what they quote you and you will get there right when it finishes.
Ambiance doesn't do much for me regardless of where it is, so I don't feel strongly on the rating I gave. It has the distinctive hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant feel.
Overall it is my second favorite Chinese place in Washington, with the other being over 60 miles away. [16 Dec 2006 14:52:40]
