Sunday Brunch
The Sunday brunch offered a good variety of food, all very tasty.

However, the wait staff leaves lots to desire. Could not get coffee, drink orders nor silverware to tables.

Took a long time to wait for tables, already vacated, to be cleaned and set up.

There was a highlight in service in regards to waffle chef and omelet chef.

If you can tolerate sub-par service, the food is good and worth it and at a great price.    [04 Oct 2004 16:36:40]

Great for an after work get together
Once a week we go to Henry's after work and have a few drinks and a snack. It's a great place to just sit and laugh and hang out with friends. The bartender remembers what we all drink and is very friendly.    [27 Oct 2004 21:43:14]

Not too shabby
It's a cute little place. I didn't much care for the hot wings, or the bread. But the rest of my meal was alright. I can't wait to get my hands on the brick oven pizza though!!    [27 Nov 2004 22:06:44]

What a Joke
Here's a good one on customer service. I bought a promotional coupon book for Henry's and decided to go that night with my wife. I ordered the chicken picatta "entree" and my wife ordered the spagetti dish. After we were done I handed my "buy one entree and get the other free" coupon to the waitress and she said "oh I'm sorry this is no good because you only ordered one entree and the spagetti was not on the entree list. I said we did not know that but why don't they just take the $8 spagetti off and i would be fine. The waitress then informed me that she was not going to do that either and that I would have to pay the whole tab. I then asked what if I order the second entree right now would they go and cook it and she replied yes if you want to wait. Now I hate buying these coupon books because I always think there will be a problem and was I right. I tried to save this establishment some money and told them to just take my wife's spagetti off instead of me ordering another "ENTREE" to go which, would have cost them more money anyways. They told me too bad and that I'm stuck. While thats too bad for Henry's because now I will never visit they're restaurant again and being a local business owner in the area myself, I will tell everyone I know of this experience in customer service.    [10 Feb 2005 18:24:23]

Owners need to check their workers
Unfortunately for Henry's, I won't be back. I don't know how this place stays afloat, with their incredibly negligent waitstaff and decent-at-best food. On a Sunday afternoon, I waited for about 25 minutes even to get a beer to my table (it came after my food had already been there), meanwhile Henry's employees were drinking and watching TV in the bar section. When asked what a certain item on the menu was, our waitress simply said "I don't know" and rushed through the order. The place wasn't busy - there was no excuse for the poor service we received. Might still do take-out pizza from there, but I've endured Henry's poor customer service for the last time.    [09 May 2005 12:11:21]

Have been here twice, will come again!
My wife and I have been to Henry's twice, first on an anniversary and once with a friend, and we had an extremely enjoyable experience both times. The service was great, the food even better, AND it was smoke free. We will certainly be back again.    [16 May 2005 12:42:51]
