Great Food Everytime
I've been to Canyons in Bothell several times. Both for lunch and dinner. Every time I've experienced the same thing - wonderful food and friendly service! The Thai Chicken Peanut Wrap is so yummy, once you've had it you will go back again and again. Also try the their salads. They are very good too. The restaurant is clean and has a warm feeling when you're there. Maybe that's due to the yellowish/orange color they have on the walls but it's nice.    [23 Oct 2003 21:54:03]

Don't waste your time or money here
Again I say dont waste your time here, this was a complete dissapointment.
We ordered a bbq chicken and garlic mashed pototoes and a fish taco meal. Total with two soft drinks was $40. The disappointment came when my wifes chicken was very rubbering and the sauce was not even cooked with the sauce but on the side in a cup. The sauce tasted like a overwrought ketchup and her mashers, as they called them, from a box. My tacos were decent but small, served with an overwhelming portion of Spanish rice that my wife simply described as discusting. The wait staff were were unaware of their own menu and it took a long time to get thier attention or service. They did not pick up on any clues that we were very dissapointed, when my wife eat but only a bite of her meal. They did not ask us if things were ok or if we liked it, leaving no way to comment, on the food, without being rude.    [21 Jan 2004 23:20:19]

Love Love Love the corn fritters & ...
The food here is good, and the prices are fine for what you pay anywhere else around here. I love the corn fritters here!!! When I was pregnant, I craved them all the time. I also recommend the cajun chicken pasta, oooh it's so yummy! Don't expect a high end place, just a laid back comfortable spot. Most all the food is on the spicy side, so watch out with kids and some of their sauces.    [06 Aug 2006 22:46:18]

Not what it used to be
We used to frequent Canyons at least two times a week, but over the past three months, the service has gotten really bad, the food is very inconsistent and the drinks come wrong 50% of the time. We tried to make management aware and they always said they were just short handed. Unfortunately, we have had to find a "new favorite place."    [22 Aug 2006 18:19:30]

Yumm!
I am new to the area and have had a hard time finding restaurants I enjoy. Canyon's is one I really like. My husband likes the Cajun Chicken Pasta and I love the Chimichanga. I haven't ever had anything else there, it is delicious. The prices seem reasonable to me.    [18 Apr 2008 19:36:35]
