All you can eat ... and cheap too!
I have been to Angel's several times while visiting family in Bremerton-- it is one of their favorite restaurants. The seats are comfy and I've never had to wait too long in line. The servers are friendly enough but not interested in chatting.

The food is the bottom line, though.
1. It is not expensive.
2. It is "all you can eat."
3. It is of medium quality.
4. It makes no attempt at being "healthy" (though it is perfectly acceptable viz health codes)-- avoid this place if you are looking for low-sodium options or want to avoid greasy food, or seek Soup Plantation-like healthy freshness.

I'll be eating there many more times in the future, and I won't complain... but when it's just my wife and my own kids, we'll go somewhere else and pay a bit more for something better.    [24 Sep 2007 19:22:03]
