The Best of Whidbey Island By Far!! Nice variety to please anyone's tastes. Friendly, warm, small community-like atmosphere.
We think it's the best restaurant on the island, other than the Inn at Langley, which is much more expensive! [02 Apr 2006 22:06:14]

You can not get better in Paris! Susan (the wonderful woman who does all the cooking) is the soul of the earth in the food department. She cooks what is in season and fresh. I've eaten in Paris for many years and I've yet to have a meal so well done. (Okay ... some of the places have come very close and some fancier) The only problem is if you don't get your reservations in you won't get a seat! [12 Feb 2007 11:23:59]

Excellent Food, very hospitable, highly recommend! My husband and I just visited Coupeville this weekend and could not have been more pleased with The Oystercatcher! They were very nice and accommodated our special request for takeout. Everything on the menu was seasonal, simple yet w/unusual twists on ingredients. Everything we ordered was wonderfully prepared. Just delicious! We had pan-fried oysters w/ aioli, brussel sprouts sauteed w/ leeks and shallots and finished w/ a to-die-for sauce (my husband & I fought over these!)perfectly roasted potatoes & carrots and winter greens sauteed w/ meyer lemon & chili-yum. They also whipped up a pasta dish for our two little ones -handmade pasta tossed in butter & parmesan-also delicious!
Can't wait to go back again! [21 Jan 2008 18:27:26]
