At Toshi's in downtown Edmonds you won't be served by the typical Oriental-American teenagers - but by an authentic Korean Chef/former Seattle restauranteur, "Bob" and his hostess-wife, "Judy". Your first taste of Chicken Teriyaki will tell you - This is NOT "Food Court Oriental".

You may be surprised to find that, rather than heating up prepackaged fastfood, the meats are marinated and char-broiled to order. The Chicken Teriyaki really does 'melt in your mouth'.

Ironically, the same Korean chef who is masterful at creating Shrimp Yakisoba and Chicken Katsu - also charbroils the best hamburgers in Snohomish county.
