Review
We ate there twice while on vacation and it was great food! Their homemade potato chips were especially good. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.    [15 Aug 2005 13:31:33]

Rude beyond comprehension
My wife, mother and youngest daughter were all going out for a bite to eat and we experienced the most rude, unprofessional and obstinate reception from the host at your establishment that I had ever experienced. His intimidation of in your face type of customer service left a lasting impression on myself and others as to why we will not in the future patronize Billy Mc's. The host ignored my wife while she was at the podium and acknowledged others that came in after her and put them on the waiting list ahead of her. His acknowledgment to my wife was not until my wife said, "How about me?" His comment was your name, and proceeded to put our name on the bottom of the waiting list. Having witnessed this I decided to confront the host and ask him for his reasoning behind not recognizing/acknowledging my wife and allowing others that entered behind her to be above us on the waiting list. He then said he was sorry and I said that this needed to be corrected and the waiting list realigned appropriately. He then proceeded to get in my face and he mentioned that he did not appreciate the way I treated his employees, "Not having spoke to anyone but the host I have no idea where that came from." I was appalled and disappointed that a customer service establishment would allow this type of behavior. We were then asked to leave and we complied. I will boycott this establishment and others will do the same if a successful resolution to this matter cannot be reached. Good job, keep it up!
I tried just about anything there and I was quite satisfied. Food taste great, clean place, cozy atmosphere. I loved those Billy's hot wings for my starters and couldn't get enough of those tasty burgers. Wonderful place
I've been going to this restaurant since I was born. It has always been perfect - love the trains and all the decor. The only problem with it is that they serve too much food, but what place doesn't these days?    [12 Jun 2007 02:59:14]
