Genuine south of the Border flavor!
I am from a Mexican family and have found a new favorite!

Los Cabos serves what I think is closest to my grandmother's recipes. While they use too much cilantro in the salsa for my taste, everything else was seasoned well and had that "home made" feel to it. I thoroughly enjoyed the taste and texture of the refried beans as well as the rice. And they don't skimp on the melted cheese either! The taco was good but I should have passed on it to get one of the more flavorful items. The chile relleno was fantastic! They do it right with a full chile stuffed, coated and cooked with a nice cheese and sauce topping. MAN!!! I am salivating just writing this!    [09 Sep 2006 23:10:52]
