Imperial Chinese Dim Sum
OK, here it comes...cart after cart three or four shelves of Meat, Fish, Tofu, Vegetable, Taro, and desert delicacies. Each cart with new items.

Food:
Dim Sum DIM SUM!!! Divine Dim Sum!!
Textures, Flavors, Variety all and each an experience in itself.

Service: Most cart attendants don't speak TV English

Courteous, chatty. fast and/or patient, comparatively, even when mobbed by Chinese families. [Saturday and Sunday late mornings]

Ambiance: This is one of the great Chinese halls. Not quiet, but also not echoing everyone else's conversation.

Other: Special occasion Yes Very; with a group? absolutely!; recommend making reservations? If you want to avoid an hour standing wait.    [08 Dec 2005 01:08:43]
