"All the breads and cinnamon rolls are baked in a German masonry oven, specially built by Ernst Heuft and the Dietmeyer, Ward and Stroud Company. Once wood fired, this oven creates beautiful loaves of bread from the simple sandwich loaf to the hearty and crusty artisan breads.

"Visitors are always welcome to tour the bakery and ovens and learn about the operation. While in the bakery, you may see Lisa busily baking one of her specialty items, either pecan caramel bars, brownies, or carrot cupcakes with cream cheese icing. She is responsible for all the cookies, pies, muffins, coffeecakes and other fine pastries.
