Rude/snobbish attitude turned me off
This evening (Oct.19) my family went to the mall looking for something to eat and while I went shopping my husband and daughter recieved a sample of the Bourbon chicken as they passed by. After I finished my shopping my daughter said she'd tried some of their bourbon chicken and recommended it. I went over to the Cajun & Grill kiosk and stood in front for quite some time. After a couple minutes of ignoring me I asked if I could try a sample of the Bourbon chicken my daughter had suggested that she tried earlier and the server told me I already had tried a sample. When I told her no I had not, she argued with me I had been there an hour earlier (yes my daughter had but not me) and was extremely rude! Just how much does this tidbit of chicken put them out? 1 cent, give or take. I suggest they give their employees some lessons on how to deal with the public before they loose alot more future business. I was all set to order from this restaurant and just wanted to sample the item first but they we so rude to me, THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!!    [20 Oct 2002 03:02:48]
