CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - NOT
I had ordered a meal and rec'd a piece of chicken that was not thoroughly cooked. The other two pieces were fully cooked. I brought this to the attention of the waiter and we rec'd a whopping 10% of my meal. We did tell the waiter we were not happy but it was not up to him. The manager made this decision. We told them we would not be back. And I will be repeating my experience to anyone I know.    [09 Jan 2003 07:32:06]

Shabby Chic
The food is what you expect from East Side Mario's. Sort of the McDonald's of Italian cuisine. However, the restaurant itself is dirty, run down, and "yes" probably in need of a health inspector. The table covers (vinyl) are in tatters, with big holes large enough to hold your drink! (How much does vinyl cost?) The floors had big chunks of rubber flooring missing and dirty unfinished cement floor illustrating years of grime. This is just to name a few. Isn't there some sort of franchsise stadard?
