Our party of 10 had 6:45 reservations and were seated in a timely manner. But it took another 20 minutes until the manager wandered by and we asked for a waitress to take our orders. We were only given 5 menus to share. No salads came with the dinners, and portion sizes were small for the price. Food was good, just extremely poor service. Great View, Great Service, wonderful Food
I went to Arnies years ago for a special occassion, some how I forgot about the restaurant until recently a friend said lets meet for Happy Hour, I obliged and when I arrived the place was packed, I remember it being busy but this was crazy, while I waited for a seat to open a server approached us for a cocktail order and we proceeded to wait, I never felt like lets get out of this rat race instead it was fun to watch and listen, it sounds like the staff really enjoys what they are doing and it shows, once we got a table I was impressed the prices, the selection and finally the food came and the portions! Wow! 1/2 the price but not 1/2 the size, I wish I knew I wouldn't have ordered so much, but then again who care's I can and I did take the rest home to enjoy later. I will not wait as long to go back, I highly reccomend this restaurant and lounge. Obviously the managers and owners know something about running a great restaurant.    [30 Jan 2005 15:09:18]
