Choices - all good! If you are a diner who puzzles over a menu, peering at the diners around you hoping for inspiration, Fraser's menu offers you a wide choice. From a straight-forward steak and potatoes, lamb, pork and seafood dishes to the trendiest combinations, you will find something to please your palate. If the regular menu doesn't tickle your taste buds, try two or three dishes from the appetizer menu. You will be rewarded with pure flavor, well prepared dishes, imaginative combinations and elegant saucing. The wine menu features Northwest wines of the highest caliber at standard restaurant prices. Most can be had by the glass, solving the problem of different tastes for different diners. The atmosphere in the restaurant is both elegant and relaxed. Northwest dining at its best. Excellent food, dining room a little noisy I was here with my parents last year and the food was really wonderful. We tried a wide variety of appetizers (frog legs, escargot, etc.) and each ordered a different dinner to share and try. I can't say a bad thing about anything we ordered!
The dining room did get quite loud once it filled up, so go early to avoid that part if you can. [07 Jul 2008 16:58:18]
