Great Sandwiches The Bread Peddler is a great quick stop for a pre-made sandwich. The pastries are OK and the fresh bread looks very good. [01 Apr 2007 22:59:22]

More than bread... You may insert the word "GREAT" before the word bread. I have never been to France and cannot vouch for the authenticity of the bread. But I assure you, the bread is great. The sandwiches are superb with a lovely balance of fine cheeses, seasoning and animal protein if that is your preference. The Bread Peddler roasts tomato for the sandwiches and that is a very good thing. The pastries? Splendid. Arrive early for a good selection. But whatever you choose, take home the bread and eat it, don't store it. It is better than homemade. Really. [03 May 2007 17:27:32]

Pastries are more than OK If you don't like carbs, or are allergic to sweet and savory than you might say something like "the pastries are OK". Their pastries are amazing! I was recently visiting Olympia from Southern California, and found myself at The Bread Peddler everyday to enjoy a coffee and one (sometimes 2) of their fabulous pastries before I had to head back home.
I can't wait to go back (not to Olympia) to The Bread Peddler! [08 May 2007 08:13:09]
