Disappointing We had been told that this place was an "Upscale Subway". We had a chance to visit the other night and were disappointed in the experience as a whole.
There are basically two sizes of sandwich ... 6" and 9". We found that the filling for the 9" was exactly the same amount as for the 6" so you got a huge mouth full of the bread when you bit.
I ordered the 9" Greek. It was basically a salad in a pita topped with some chicken and feta. The chicken was extremely dry and tasteless. In fact, the only real taste was the feta cheese that was sprinkled in. The pita itself was dry and tough. It would have been much better had they served a fresh one or at least nuked this one before stuffing it. As I previously mentioned, there was more bread than filling on this one so it didn't make for an enjoyable experience.
My wife got the Phatti and it was tasty and warm. However, the pita was just as cold and tough as mine. She just got better tasting filling.
The restaurant looked like it hadn't been swept all day. There was a thin but even layer of bread crumbs and salad all throughout the seating area. While there is a sign saying you can change the station to whatever you want, we didn't find it until we had gone half deaf from the loud rap music that was playing.
The two workers were friendly enough. They were quick to make up our order and process our check. But that is where they stopped. After that they just stood around talking and obviously waiting for closing time (still an hour and a half away).
Over all ... a disappointing experience. Subway would have been better. [13 Mar 2007 23:19:13]

Better than Subway for sure I dropped by there for lunch today (my first time there), and had a 6" Greek to go, and it was great. The pita bread was some generic store-bought variety, but it kept the pita together for duration of eating. The contents were lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts, feta cheese and vinaigrette. I was impressed by the intense flavor and tenderness of the chicken, and all the ingredients played a joyful medley of flavors in my mouth...good times.
Overall I was pleased. A good lunch for 5 bucks and change. I am definitely going recommend them to friends/coworkers, and return for good food and good service. [19 Apr 2007 17:21:35]

Tasty...Affordable...Excellent Service I used Phatti Pita to cater one of my Brokers' Opens. Everyone who came by to view my new Listing RAVED about the food...asking me where I got it. The service was excellent...my assortment of pitas was ready and waiting for me to pick up. The staff helpful and friendly. [01 Jul 2007 23:21:09]

Not so good All I wanted was soup and a side of hummus and pita. The soup was cold and the people acted surprised that I wanted hummus and pita. They asked me if I have ever seen pita bread before ... I said yes and I would love to dip it in some hummus. It came up to $8.40 [04 Oct 2007 16:22:26]
