Worst service ever
I have gone to this store on a regular basis because I like their food and ice cream and that is the only reason I ever continued to go. But every single time I went the service was horrible. So I have finally become fed up and no longer go here. The workers ignore you when you are waiting to be served. They talk to each other and goof around in front of all the customers. One time I waited over 10 minutes for my food order. When my order number was finally called the guy who handed it to me said "sorry I forgot about your order". and that was it. The store is extremely dirty. I had a hard time finding a clean table. There is food and ice cream smeared all over. They are always out of napkins and straws and you have to ask for them if you want them. Go to a different dairy queen for better service. We now drive the extra few miles to go to the woodinville location. They are super friendly and clean and its worth the extra time.    [09 May 2006 22:43:30]
