Great American food at the Yankee Grill The meals here are very stick-to-your-ribs with hearty portions. The restaurant features a rotisserie in view of the dining room where turkeys and chickens are roasted. []

Bad Service On 5/8/03 at 11:30am I called to make a reservation for Mothers Day brunch. When I asked the gentleman who took my reservation to tell me about the buffet he took a deep breath and said aloud "Oh God". Bad Service to say the least. The Yankee Grill might want to consider him for another position where he can't offend the customers. [08 May 2003 14:47:02]

Really silly All these weeks of good weather, one cold, cloudy day. Six of us go in, the place is empty but in order to get happy hour prices we have to sit on the deck. No exceptions. How stupid is that? If the place was full of people, I could maybe see it, but empty it was. Baby included, we sat and froze outside. The waitress ignored us. Forget going back. Yummy in the Tummy We've been going here for three years now, usually for breakfast. We get good service and food plus nice, stiff drinks. It's the ol' reliable when we need something yummy and I don't want to cook! [07 Sep 2005 14:20:45]

My daughter made reservations for Fathers Day. She picked out a table in the front of the restaurant. We had reservations for 10am. We arrived at 9:50am and the table she had picked out was given to another family. We were seated in the back of the restaurant with my 87 year old Mother who has a difficulty walking.
The food came and, to our astonishment, there was hair in two of the breakfast dished that was ordered. One had multiple strands of hair and another with one.
The bacon was not edible it was burnt almost black. My omelet had a lot of onions that was still a little raw and cold.
We have eaten there before and were very satisfied with the service. The true test of a good restaurant is how well the staff perform in preparing quality food and giving excellent service. [18 Jun 2007 18:14:15]
