poor service
We had a Christmas party--with reservations made a month in advance. The day of, they forgot we were coming and squished us in a very small location with 30 of us! The waitress was rude and apparently she was the manager as well. I would not recommend this location ever! The food was OK, not worth the 800 we spent!    [04 Jan 2008 18:37:34]

Excellent ****
I have been dining at Galliano's before it was called Galliano's... at least 15 years or more. I have had many banquets and parties, large and small and have always had excellent service. Positively Poor Experience
I searched for Sofias on Military Road only to find out that the name had changed. No problem, still Italian and my previous experience had always been great. Showed up for lunch, the place looked great, everyone was friendly. Only a couple of people in there for lunch, only 1 in front of me. I placed my order and went to my table. I noticed that several people who'd come in after me were eating so I asked the server to check on my food. She never came back with an update. I went to the counter and the person who initially took my order went to the kitchen, came back out and said it would be just a couple of seconds. I noticed that the restaurant was filling up and more and more people were eating, still no food for me and my date. Just as we were about to go up and say something again, we noticed the server walking toward us with the salad, but as she turned to put it on another table we decided we would leave. We were there for over an hour and had not even gotten the side salad we ordered. We saw many servings of spaghetti and meat balls going to other tables and could not understand, after letting them know twice why we had not been served.    [10 Apr 2009 18:28:46]

Great Food
I have been to Galliano's several times. The food is always good and fresh. I've never had to wait more than 10 min for my food. They have great daily specials, and they bake their bread fresh daily. Beautiful ambiance, inside and out. Overall great experiences.    [01 Jul 2009 22:16:22]
