A really neat place
The staff here is friendly, and the atmosphere is extremely unique. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on the coffee, but I've had some good hot chocolate at El Diablo.

There are amusing paintings all over everything - the walls, the tables, etc. and they have a lot of "day of the dead" type decorations and gifts for sale. I would go at least once just to see this place.    [01 Feb 2002 19:29:50]

Not Kid Friendly
Nice place, but very much caters to the young urban crowd. Considering its location on very family populated Queen Anne Hill you'd think they'd be a little more kid friendly -- non-breakables on the lower shelves, a few high chairs and booster chairs, etc. This may change now that the very kid friendly Queen Anne Books has joined up next door.
