I used to stop in to this simple, no bull, little pub often. The last time I visited 3/15/03 the bartender skimmed $40 from me. I gave him a $50 to pay for the beer and he gave me change back for a $20. When I protested he told me I was wrong and that I gave him a $20. They lost a customer that night.
