LOUSY SERVICE--FOOD O.K.
My family loves Chinese Food; planned family lunch Sat 11-2-02 about 1:00 p.m. for 4 persons. Order taken quickly and received steamed dumplings quicky--rest of meal 45 minutes later off of lunch menu. Food was nothing to rave about; Better food with less hype at Johnnie's Wok in Lynnwood or Janbo's in Everett. All food on each dish "plopped" on undersized plates with no presentation whatsoever. Very Disappointed. Felt like restaurant run by younger folks who could care less about their customers. The waiter became a mystery figure after the initial order was taken. I was embarassed for my family since this was a special trip and recommeded the previous week in MSN. I'm usually not a harsh critic but this really needs room for improvement.    [06 Nov 2002 00:08:00]

A Neighborhood Favorite
This place is a North Seattle favorite.
I'm very fortunate to live within
walking distance of this place. I get take-out from here often. Delivery usually takes a while, so take-out is faster. And if the weather is good, you can take your take-out to a nearby park on Roosevelt.

Also, the members of Fu family are good corporate citizens in Maple Leaf, and are involved in their community.

Pick any Seattle restaurant guide book, or newspaper, and you'll find rave reviews of Snappy Dragon.    [06 Dec 2002 14:35:02]

Solid Chinese Selection
The cozy dining area is often crowded, so takeout is the way to enjoy the wonderful chinese food that Judy Fu dishes up. Meats and vegetables are always fresh, and the spices are always in perfect balance between flavor and overkill. It isn't necessary to go deep on the menu to uncover hidden treasures in signature dishes; even the conventional favorites are done to perfection.    [04 Jan 2004 00:03:17]
