The Humbows are absolutely fantastic!
As a Californian who grew up on Cha Siu Baos (similar to humbows but not quite), I was stunned to find humbows in Seattle...they were so big and puffy compared to what I was used to. If you have the opportunity, you should walk by this bakery and pick up a humbow. The bread and the meat filling are both amazing. I just tried calling the bakery to see if they'd send me some overnight and unfortunately, they could not because they make 'em fresh daily.    [27 Jan 2003 19:06:57]
