Homemade Noodles and Dumplings
I've never been to China, so I can't vouch for authenticity, but the noodles and dumplings used at Mandarin Chef are among the best I've eaten at any Chinese restaurant. Consistently fresh and very willing to customize any menu item to suit personal tastes. My personal favorite dish is the Spicy Garlic Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, which happens to also be the proprietor's favorite. Their hottest dishes really are hot when you ask for a 5 out of 1-5.
