Great smoked salmon and hailbut
To a native Seattle-ite smoked salmon and halibut are as much a religious experience as food. We live in Arizona now, but go back here every chance we get. It's best in the winter, when the rains are blowing against the glass wall looking over Eliott Bay, no tourists and the overhead heaters keeping you warm and toasty.    [06 Aug 2007 23:46:52]
