You haven't had real Chinese unless....
....you've eaten here. I went with a group of five people, and we ate family style. We got some traditional dishes (like chicken with garlic and ginger), and some not so traditional dishes (barleygrass chow mein and brown rice fried rice). The barleygrass chow mein was this thick, green noodles that just soaked up the sauces they were in. I would not have picked this dish if the person I was with hadn't been there before and suggested it. WOW, major yum. They have a whole "high nutrition" menu tucked in the back of their regular menu that has some really tasty food on it.

Service was *very* prompt but not overbearing. I honestly didn't notice much of the decor, because I was having a nice conversation, but they have a lovely fish tank at the entrance. Tables were packed together pretty tightly...that's about the only negative thing I have to say.    [19 Feb 2006 23:56:32]
