Best Secret in South Sound
Xinh's is a really great place to find the best shell fish dishes in South Sound. Her pan fried oysters are the best I have ever eaten, clam chowder and mediterrain mussles are outstanding.    [26 Nov 2002 13:56:40]

The best oysters stew.
Xinh's was wonderful. It was some of the best food I have ever eating. The cup of Oyster Stew was large enough for two people to share & the bowl is a meal in it's self.    [28 Jun 2006 11:58:30]

Xinh's catered an affair this summer. I know that I will NEVer have better shellfish anywhere, anytime. Exceptional flavors...clams,mussels, and oysters remained sweet and tender even though served banquet style. Bravo Xinh, Bravo!!
