Attitude Well, I wanted to try this place because I had an important guest that I wanted to impress. So I called to make a reservation at the Breezy Hill Bistro, and asked how late they were open, and it was downhill from there. For an answer I got, "Until our last reservation leaves." So I asked what time they take reservations until, and she wouldn't give me an answer. So I set a reservation for 8:30 and said that we may be a bit late--which I was then told was unacceptable for such a late reservation!?!?
So I got there on time, and they were all about the French attitude to go with their food; the owner thinks she's God of French pastries, apparently, and they were all really unhelpful, unfriendly and uninviting. From now on, when I want to impress a guest, I'll go elsewhere! [07 Nov 2003 01:03:24]

What a Find Always looking for another restaurant, I made reservations to go with a friend one cold raining night. What a find! Been for dinner twice and lunch once, and never failed to be impressed with taste, presentation and variety. It is only 1 of 3 restaurants in Kitsap Peninsula that I recommend for a wonderful dining experience. [24 Feb 2004 15:03:58]

Would go back Nice place. Could stand a bit more ambiance, ie, plants, decorations, but nice though a bit sparsely decorated. Food has been consistently good and so much better than the run of the mill chain restaurants in Silverdale. [01 Mar 2004 18:31:15]

Fantastic The Bistro is a favorite dining spot for my spouse and I. We've been there dozens of times and have yet to have anything but a wonderful meal with great service. The lunch menu is good as well. If you're looking for high quality food in a nice atmosphere than the Bistro just may be for you. [17 Mar 2004 12:59:15]

Couldn't have been happier I went to Breezy Hill Bistro and couldn't have been happier. The food was fabulous; I went with two others and we shared three great entrees; filet mignon, butternut squash ravioli and a fabulous white fish dish...sorry, can't remember the name, it was the evening special. Salads were unique and delicious. The desserts were unbelievable.
The service was exceptional. Not only was our server very attentive, but it was amazing that she had to help a private party and individual tables. She was clearly some one with a lot of experience and knew exactly when to check in and when to leave us alone. [04 Feb 2005 23:39:35]

Nice Place Decided to check this place out, after driving by it for three years, and my wife and I were impressed. The food was delicious, if a little fancy for my taste. We go back about once a year for some special occasion...it would make my list of top 5 restaurants on the Kitsap Peninsula. A bit pricey, but WORTH it, for special dinners. [28 Jan 2006 20:05:20]

Oh My Dear Food GOD!! I am not a chef nor claim to be one, but I do know my food from my desire to always become one. I limit my time to a desk job that pays more than a passionate chef might be paid, but their undesirable passion for food is what makes places like this such an amazing find. I have been driving by this place for years apparently before I finally stopped in and gave it a chance. Boy, have I been missing out. I have been wasting my time on Seattle and the mega chain restaurants in town, but nothing even comes close to the presentation, flavors, passion that is so very obvious when you eat here. The Chef was a busy person that night but still managed to introduce himself to all of the guests and enhance this delightful experience. I would just ask anyone who loves food and doesn't mind paying a little more for a dish of passionately prepared food to visit this bistro. [23 Sep 2006 19:06:27]

Best-kept-secret in Kitsap County Delightful food and pleasant atmosphere. I have been to Paris and I must say the food is pretty close to the real thing. Good wine selection and attentive/polite service. If you have a sophisticated palate for exquisite food...try this place. ;) [19 Jan 2007 00:49:24]
