The worst Indian Restaurant I have ever been to In 30 years of eating Indian food in many restaurants around the world, I have to say this is the worst. The chicken tikka masala is extremely bland and the chicken vindaloo is nothing like a true vindaloo should be. It is bright red in appearance (wrong) and had about 3 bits of chicken, the rest was potato pieces and was tasteless. It almost seems to me that the sauces taste like they came out of a jar. I have given this restaurant 2 chances and that is enough for me! If you want good Indian food - go to Seattle! [19 Oct 2005 16:21:26]

Great food! Great tasting food and unique flavors! The best Indian food I had was while vacationing in London, but Ghandi's comes pretty close. Definitely something to try here in the Kitsap Peninsula. Flavorful dishes will make your mouth water...Trust me! :) [22 Dec 2005 18:59:37]

A Waste of Money We went to this restaurant when it first opened and it was a WOW! Since then the place has steadily gone downhill. Since they opened a 2nd location on Bainbridge it looks like they took the cook, the ambiance and the customer service there too. We had lunch there today and the Bhaji, Dhal and Veg curry were all cold. The Chicken Tika Masala had some kind of canned boiled chicken squares in (I swear it was either catfood or that boiled canned stuff). This was AFTER they took 30 mins to bring me the wrong entree. STAY AWAY....... [23 Oct 2006 21:35:34]

Excellent. This restaurant is thus far the best Indian restaurant in the area. I love the people ...they are warm and jovial. Excellent preparations; excellent chicken tikka masala, vegetarians try the navrattan korma. I highly recommend this place. Love it; just love it. [31 Oct 2006 14:41:11]

Great Food, I don't know what these bad reviews are all about! I thought the food was excellent, and I have eaten at many fine Indian restaurants in the past. So for an inexpensive place, this blew me away. It's a must try!
Don't listen to the bad reviews, they must have gotten a bad night or something because I would definitely recommend this! [21 Nov 2006 19:04:01]

I thought this place sucked I thought this place sucked. I thought it was weird, notice the "anonymous" "good" "reviews"? It's a coke bar (and crappy tasting restaurant). Maybe things taste better with coke, because they don't taste good without it. [14 Apr 2007 13:21:35]

Always great, friendly service and hot, flavorful food I am a repeat customer to Ghandi's. I have dined in and most often take-out, and have consistently purchased hot, flavorful food that has left me filled and satisfied. I don't have a lot of experience with Indian food from other restaurants but in the few I've been to, Ghandi's stands out. Indian friends of mine have eaten there as well and enjoy their cuisine. We typically choose the chicken tikka masala and chicken korma, kashmiri naan and riata and all dishes are outstanding. [12 Jul 2007 21:04:55]

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE We ordered 2 dishes. Both had an extraordinary little amount of meat. Mainly sauce. One sauce was bland the other so hot it couldn't be eaten. What a waste of money. [24 Sep 2007 14:24:15]
