USDA CHOICE of a STEAK House it is NOT . Don't bother paying an outlandish price for the fillet nor their peppercorn fiasco NY steak. Over priced for the cut of meat you would typically get from some low priced grocery store. Fatty steaks, over cooked, very disappointing for an anniversary dinner. Also, despite the energy the place has to offer, not a good place for a romantic dinner - great after show or just a regular night out dinner. [05 Sep 2006 10:11:03]

Tasteless in Tacoma
A cut above. After years Tacoma now has the option of the ultimate dining expierence. The flavors; phenomenal! The ambiance; exceptional. The service is elegantly trained and concern themselves with every minute detail. I have prided myself on having more of an aristocratic palate, so for myself and those I have personally dined with here, there is nothing even comparable in the surrounding area. You will see me here again! [02 Dec 2006 00:25:45]

Best Tacoma Restaurant Gorgeous room, gorgeous people ... feels like midtown Manhattan, or San Francisco ... not Tacoma.
Pot Roast, Kobe Flat Iron with blue cheese 'tater tots', the best burger slider in the world off the bar menu, or the potato pancake with caviar [06 Feb 2007 23:42:25]

A wonderful evening I was very impressed with the whole experience. I'm so glad that dining in Tacoma has finally reached this level.
All of the food was wonderful. I had the duck and my husband had the fillet and lobster which were both exceptional. I highly recommend the BLT salad and creme broulet for dessert. We brought our own wine and the $20.00 corkage fee was worth it. Their wine list is excellent but pricey.
The service was friendly and smooth and I thought the ambiance was warm and inviting. [11 Feb 2007 01:17:21]
